Day 126: Self-Realization in the Spirit of Life – Self Commitment

I commit myself to sharing the actual context of SELF-REALIZATION - to understand that it is about what we make ourselves real as, and to consider that our creation as reflected in our world is clearly showing us that what we make ourselves real as: is a crime against LIFE.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that we must learn from history, both collectively and individually, and that within that we must understand and acknowledge that TIME is the one thing within this reality that assists us in testing our self-application and checking what it is we are making ourselves real as.


I commit myself to sharing the common sense that there must be SOMETHING WRONG with our existence and the accepted ´human nature´ because we grow old yet we do not seem to grow any wiser, otherwise this world would be a different place - a place where life is honored in all possible ways.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that growing wiser does not mean accumulating knowledge and dressing it up as ´wisdom´ creating a reputation and a self-image that makes one look important in the eyes of the world;
Rather, growing wise should be the practical application and implementation of the knowledge of this world in such a way that it visible supports LIFE – in fact: all life equally.


I commit myself to sharing the URGENCY of studying and understanding the consciousness within and as which we exist, which has become the driving force of everything in our existence with atrocious consequences;
the urgency to understand the cause and effect of What is Here as ourselves, our reality, and take responsibility for our creation.


I commit myself to showing how each generation puts out the input for the new generation, within this creating clones of ourselves, clones of consciousness, keeping history repeating and the world turning around in circles WITHOUT ANY ACTUAL CHANGE in the patterns of our existence thus far;

and that if we SLOW DOWN we can in fact SEE and observe what it is we are doing in every moment, what it is we are participating in through the mind, what it is we are putting into this world as the input that then becomes the output –
and that within this, we can realize and acknowledge our responsibility.


I commit myself to exposing the accepted ´human nature´ which we use to justify why we do not want to slow down and SEE what we are doing, because we are driven by the RUSH of consciousness which is in fact fear;
fear of stopping the automated consciousness of what we KNOW, THINK and BELIEVE, because then we would have to look at things for what they are and 'start anew' through our own self-will, and we “can't”, because “the bible tells me so” and because we'd rather have our existence be run by an automated system wherein we do not have to take any actual responsibility. IT´S TIME to WAKE UP PEOPLE!


I commit myself to exposing the accepted 'human nature' as a state of existence where we allow ourselves to be victim to TIME instead of learning through time and using time to support ourselves and the future of our children.

I commit myself to showing how ´human nature´ use TIME as an excuse - where we are somehow always 'too late', 'too old', 'too busy', and then we feel sorry for ourselves - instead of equalizing ourselves to TIME by Walking Life in Real-Time = being HERE with every breath we take and practically moving ourselves breath by breath, step by step, in awareness of Who We Are and what we create in every moment.

I commit myself to showing that we are ABLE to stop our conditioned patterns and SLOW DOWN through our own self-directive will power, making sure that what we nurture through our existence is not our mental rush for energy based on our conditioned self-interest, but LIFE as ourselves and each-other in the actuality of reality HERE.

I commit myself to showing the actual choice that TIME confronts us with:
to either slow down and LIVE every moment in self-awareness as life;
or to remain in the rush of the mind and exist as fearful robots of consciousness, manifesting an abomination of life, seen in the world as we know it.


I commit myself to sharing the simplicity of the fact that breath is the spirit of life that sustains our bodies - and yet we have allowed ourselves to separate ourselves from ourselves as physical breathing beings and into a mind consciousness that is dependent on the breath as the spirit of life, yet not equal as it.

I commit myself to showing how our accepted ´human nature´ as mind consciousness exists in the perception of 'superiority' to the physical, when in fact consciousness is dependent on the physical for its existence.

I commit myself to showing the simplicity of how we separate ourselves from ourselves as life through defining ourselves through concepts, images and ideas of consciousness based on what is presented to us in this world, passed on from generation to generation; concepts, images and ideas that we then com to value as 'more than' life, 'more than' the spirit of life as breath.

I commit myself to showing how we exist in competition and comparison due to our separation from the spirit of life into mental concepts of 'superiority'/'inferiority' and how we measure "value" based on such polarity concepts;
within this, manifesting inequality within ourselves and our world, in spite of the common sense that the spirit of life is equal in all and without it: all concepts, ideas and images of 'superiority'/'inferiority' DO NOT EXIST.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that when we define ourselves through the mind as consciousness in terms of 'superiority'/'inferiority': we create ourselves as an illusion based on illusionary "values" of the mind.

I commit myself to exposing how we refuse to see that who we are as consciousness is constantly striving to 'enhance' its "value" in a pursuit of self-interest that will use any form of deception and manipulation to get its 'validation';
within that we deceive life as ourselves and each-other while we go about presenting ourselves as  personas/characters and perceiving ourselves and each-other as self-images only.

I commit myself to urging my world to consider that we only strive for 'superiority' and exist in constant comparison due to our accepted 'inferiority' - instead of standing in self equality and oneness as physical beings of this earth that share the same requirements for survival on this planet: water, food, shelter, warmth, the air we all breathe.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that phenomena like air pollution and any kind of contamination of our living planet are a result of SELF-INTEREST as seen clearly in the consumerism world system where money is based on PROFIT INTEREST;
and that the DRIVE for PROFIT is possessing mankind to such an extent that one does not even consider that any damage done, like pollution and contamination, affects each and every single being on earth.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that the pollution and contamination of our home planet is not only due to those 'big brothers' that deliberately exploit life for profit; but also due to the relationships all of us entertain in the smaller scale, as we all exist in fear, competition, self-interest -
and that if we were to start transforming our relationships in the smaller scale from self-interest to common sense, from inequality and polarity to equality and oneness:
we would slowly but surely have an impact on the whole and manifest a world where life is honored in all possible ways.


I commit myself to showing that an equal money system will support this principle and will assist in purifying our Earth, by restoring the value of life in all possible ways - to no longer accept or allow money as profit to determine who lives and who dies.

I commit myself to communicating the urgency of purifying our Breath, which is to purify ourselves and who we are in every moment of breath as we participate and interact in our world and our relationships;
to no longer accept or allow ourselves to base our existence on fear, competition and self-interest, but to find the courage and the will to transform our living into an application that supports all life equally - and that includes ourselves.

I commit myself to sharing the realization that breath is the spirit of life, and that we are able to slow ourselves down to breath, down to earth, and stop the possession of the minds, stop the ideas and concepts of 'superiority' and 'inferiority', stop the power-games, stop our addiction to energy, stop our existence of 'winners'/'winning' and 'losers'/'losing' -
and lead ourselves into a 'win-win' solution as Best for All, based on the value of life as the living principle of equality and oneness, seen in the air we all BREATHE, the water we all share, the sun that shines for all, our Earth as our common ground.

I commit myself to showing that in essence all have equal power as human beings - it is the power of breath, as each one determines within every breath who one is and what one creates;
and that we therefore share equal responsibility for What is Here as OUR CREATION.

I commit myself to sharing the realization that one can never do more than what one can do in one breath, yet one can waste one's breath to the delusion of consciousness.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that we are able to stand equal to TIME by walking breath by breath, breathing in self-awareness, realizing that every breath is one breath closer to death, and death is the moment of the truth of who each one is;
That, however, we do not have to wait for death, but are able to face ourselves in every moment in self-honesty and common sense, taking responsibility for who we are and what we are manifesting as our reality.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that who one is, is who one has accumulated oneself to be with every breath, either in self-honesty or in self-dishonesty.
Thus - we'd better not waste a breath – let’s make every breath count, and make sure that what we are making ourselves real as: is equal to LIFE.
