So I was looking at how we approach the first day of the year, time and time again every year, the same story. And why we do not come up with the simplistic common sense realization that every day can be lived as a new day, a new life, a fresh start – and that the first breath we take every day in fact determines the day to come:
Is it a breath of life – or is it a breath of the mind that immediately jumps onto its train of thoughts, manifesting the same thoughts, the same patterns, the same experience over and over and over again?
Why is this world so difficult to change? Why is self-change difficult? Because we ended-up existing within and as a mind existence only, and the mind is a program that follows certain rules and equations – yet we do not have a clue, we do not see, realize or understand the rules and equations the programs operate on, even though we are the ones who give the permission for the program to run.
At Desteni we investigate and get to an understanding of the program, the matrix, the equations on which we have based our existence in this world, within AND without. And if you study Desteni and the research material provided, you’ll find that no science, no psychology, no politics, no discipline of this world has ever presented the actuality of reality, because every part of it was just looking through the eyes of the matrix, and thus what is seen is bound to the same rules and equations that make up our enslavement.
At Desteni we emphasize the importance of the physical reality, breath and breathing, which is a key to self-awareness as life, a key to the transcendence of the prison that is the mind/matrix, a key to the transformation of our consciousness from one of self-interest in separation into a consciousness of oneness and equality as life, in the interest of life.
From consciousness to awareness – that is the Journey to Life.
Because the consciousness we have come to exist as is so limited that it doesn’t even manage to be aware of all the real suffering and atrocity that exists in our world through OUR allowance; worse yet, this consciousness has evolved ways and means to deliberately hide from the actuality of reality, so that it can continue existing in mental bubbles of self-delusion where everything can be made to look all shiny and bright, filled with love and light – and so from that perspective I guess you can say that “ignorance is bliss”.
But is it really?

Follow the Economist Journey to Life and educate yourself in how the accepted system in fact works, in understanding cause and effect, acknowledging consequence, and realizing that the solution is as simplistic as common sense - that to get there however will take understanding the core of the system as it exists within and without, so that we can change things by changing our starting-point and our individual participation in our world based on collective responsibility and the self-realization of Life as One, which implies that within that Oneness we are all equals as life.
