549 | What does Self Trust have to do with Failure?!

If you look into how you have defined Trust and/or Self Trust, I am certain you will find some emotional attachments to your definition, as I did.
For example things like ‘feeling safe’ or ‘feeling certain of…’ or ‘knowing’ and ‘being sure about…’ tend to be within our definitions of Trust / Self Trust; or things like ‘feeling confident about…’ or ‘feeling like I can rely on…’ and other perceptions and beliefs of the kind.

Even the dictionary definition is interesting in this regard:

: belief that someone or something is reliable, good, honest, effective, etc.

More:
1
a :  assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something
b :  one in which confidence is placed
2
a :  dependence on something future or contingent :  hope
b :  reliance on future payment for property (as merchandise) delivered :  credit <bought furniture on trust>

…So it’s interesting that Trust is defined within belief, and that words like reliance, hope (!) and dependence are used to define it…

So I walked a process in understanding and redefining TRUST as a matter of fact / reality, and here I’d like to share what I’ve come to see and realize:

Trust is where something is physically measurable to be consistent over time.
Trust is thus something that is built /developed over time.

Trust is not a singularity – I can trust myself to do/be certain things, other things I cannot yet trust myself to be/do because I have not yet ‘done’/’been’ them. This doesn’t mean I can’t lol – what it does mean is that this is how trust is built/ developed: by consistently showing/’proving’ to myself that I can do this or be that, by living it in moments and creating it as myself; as every time I live it, a building block of self-trust in relation to that point is set, and so I accumulate self-trust step by step through consistency.

Trust therefore exists in relation to something: I can trust this person/outcome to be like this/that (because I have ‘measured’ over time that this was ‘done’ so consistently).

If you read my previous posts

then you’ll see (as I was able to see) that I had throughout my life placed trust in failure.
And therefore:

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to place my trust in failure.
I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to connect trust to failure, wherein I would almost ‘expect’ myself to fail because that’s what I’d always perceived myself to be doing.

Therefore I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to, when I faced failure, take it personally and be ‘disappointed’ with myself and create thoughts and emotional experiences about me being a failure; because that is the point that got systematized through repetition, through accepting and allowing myself to define myself as failure, to see myself as failure, to create the fear of being a failure and the desire to NOT be a failure, which obviously in itself implies the acceptance of failure to begin with.

I forgive myself that I hadn’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand how trust functions, and how failure functions, and that I had placed myself under enormous pressure by trying to create trust in myself to ‘avoid failure’, instead of understanding How I can build /develop trust and how I can stop (re-)creating the experience of failure within myself.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to make ‘absolute statements’ to myself such as for example (as someone who hasn’t been very confident in socializing) – “living self trust is to trust myself to participate in a moment with other people”; where, if there comes such a moment in my world/reality and I do hold back, I’d then go into “oh no…”, which is undermining my self trust in fact – because I had made such an absolute statement that failure was in a way already programmed-in.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to exist within a constant experience and application of ‘trying’ – which in fact is always coming from a starting point of ‘lack’ or of ‘wrongness’, from which I was then ‘trying to do the right thing’ or trying to ‘fix’ things or to ‘avoid failure’. And this is in fact exhausting, on the one hand; and on the other hand quite consequential, because mostly: ‘trying’ to do/live something in fact prevents us from actually doing/living it.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to exist within a want/need/desire to be more than who I am, from a starting-point of judgment and ‘lack’.

It’s okay to want to be more, but this must come as a genuine self realization point, where I see/recognize my full potential and realize there is so much more; this then would also entail looking at and recognizing my weaknesses and limitations and investigating where and how I am in fact limiting myself. Very often our full potential remains unlived due to the limitations and restrictions we have accepted about ourselves – therefore a major part of moving ourselves to live our full potential is removing/forgiving/letting go of the self-imposed or accepted limitations and restrictions, perceptions and beliefs, and REALLY looking at everything (including ourself) for what it is.

From this starting-point of self honesty then it becomes simply about seeing what it is that I have already developed, and what it is that I haven’t yet developed as myself;
and about making a decision about who I will myself to be, what I will accept and allow and what I will not accept or allow. And clearly, it is a wise decision to stop accepting the limitations we have systematically submerged ourselves to throughout our lives, be it due to cultural, educational, parenting or other systems we were exposed to in our formative years, and take responsibility for who we are and can be.

So back to the point of trust – Here you can ask yourself, by looking at your life thus far: What/who can I trust myself to be? What experiences do I trust myself to have over and over again? And what has been MY role in making this my reality?
And then also – What would I like to trust myself to be? How would I like to trust that my life will turn? And here it’s not about the projection details, but rather about the realization that: I reap what I saw, and therefore this is where the point of Trust is to be found. And so if I want to change what I reap (as experiences or expressions or life-moments and the ‘turn’ a life takes), then I need to change what I saw, i.e. how I participate and who I am in moments, ergo what I create.

A good friend once said to me: <<You cannot ‘fix’ things; you can only create what you are the master creator of.>>
Therein is the point of Trust.
What are you the master creator of? Have a look: You can already trust yourself with something – with all that which you’ve already been creating and re-creating, over and over again.

You don’t like it? You wanna trust yourself to be something more, something different, something better? Start here and now by forgiving any and all self judgment, any and all points of ‘lack’, of ‘inferiority’, of self-victimization. Take self responsibility. That is Self-Response-Ability. See your truth, see yourself as your creation for what it is – and look within yourself in self honesty to see your true potential. Start here and now, and realize that all creation is an accumulation process – that is how you have created what and who and how you are after all.

There are obviously more dimensions to the point of Trust and Self Trust –for further support perspectives and insights you can search these words on the eqafe site and also visit Self & Living– but start Here & Now to begin with, and ask yourself those questions; that alone is a powerful application of self trust.
And remember: every moment counts when it comes to what we are creating.

Discipline yourself to be consistent within what you want to create as yourself, as your life – and accept nothing less than your full potential, accept nothing less than who you really are as LIFE. It’s time to let the systems go.

Day 509 | Lack & Luck – Humanity, Reality Check

I am looking here at Perceptual Lack & Luck VS Physical Reality and in my last post I mentioned the polarity of Lack and Luck - and looking again at my past self-definition patterns, I see that I had perceived myself within the Lack-polarity while looking at others in comparison and thus within a definition of Luck; within this, separating myself from Self Responsibility and making myself/my life subject to Lack or Luck, as if I had no say within that whatsoever.
In looking at Lack and Luck directly, without interpretation and emotional attachments, we can see that perceptual Lack is self-created and Luck does not exist because in reality we have to create the change ourselves.

Consequences, results, outcomes are always an accumulation of points. When one is creating ‘Luck’ the consequence is of a pleasant nature – but it’s still a point of self creation.
Luck is just an 'end result' that others 'see' or that one will 'experience' for oneself. Though there are a lot of factors that come into play , a lot of preparation that goes into the 'one event' that everyone now calls 'Luck' or 'lucky' –
While all the while 'Luck' is a self creation point: Things are continuously happening where one is preparing oneself to 'walk' into the consequential outflows of one’s creation, and if it is seen to be a 'cool' or 'positive' creation, it is called 'Luck', while if it is seen to be a negative creation then the person is called 'unlucky'.

An interesting equation that I’m looking at is:
LACK must exist for Greed to exist;
LUCK must exist to justify Greed.

I mean if man is truly the ‘higher species’ – shouldn’t man take it in his hands to ensure LIFE and not leave in the hands of luck? Can’t we all see that there is enough of everything for all in this world? Lack need not exist. Unfortunately though, our evolution has been the evolution of self-interest, greed has been the driving force, separation, disenfranchisement and exploitation has been the cause of those in power. The effects are everywhere – this is Our Truth, Humanity.

In self-honesty and common sense, just by following cause and effect and studying the history of mankind (the truth of which is more and more exposed through the internet) one can see that one is always self-responsible. I mean, granted, when we are small and defenseless things happen to us that we cannot control or change or direct, things that we may not even understand or be able to place. Everyone is able to say look, this is my story, this and that happened to me when I was a child and that is why I am who I am and how I am. However, if we now accept that we are no longer the child that has no understanding and no tools to deal with reality and make informed decisions, we have to see that it is our responsibility to determine what we will do with the outflows/results/consequences of our existence and most importantly: how we will prevent such outflows/results/consequences to repeat in the future – on other words, how we will change ourselves and the conditions in our environment to produce a LIFE that is worth living.

Obviously, it is much easier to say this or that is responsible for who and how I am. It is easier to keep repeating that which we know rather than establishing and manifesting new ways, new paradigms, new living examples, based on real living principles.
What we as humanity tend to disregard and not consider in the smallest of our decisions is how the PRESENT is always accumulates into the future. And if the Present is lived out from the past, and if the past is not seen for what it is, is not investigated, understood and forgiven/healed/corrected, then we’ll only be repeating the patterns, habits, and cycles of the past, always blaming it all on something or someone else and never taking that absolute responsibility; never really evolving but only mutating into more subtle ways of manipulation, separation, and (self-)deceit.

Deceit – interesting word, it sounds like de-seat;
thus self-deceit: removing self from the ‘driver’s seat’, removing self from being on its life’s thrONE as directive authority, and allowing consciousness systems to take the lead instead –
consciousness systems that are rooted in separation and fear and ‘support’ the suppression of LIFE rather than its growth, expansion and freedom of expression.

Our consciousness systems function on the value-systems and equations dictated and imprinted by the world systems out there; then again, the world systems out there were imprinted and created by the value-systems and equations of 'human nature'. One of the biggest frauds in the history of mankind is the propagated belief that "somehow 'human nature' is 'human nature' - it cannot change". All the while the big brothers know better and use that knowledge for their own profit while keeping it away from the people.

It’s time to stop pointing fingers and take responsibility for our reality, from ourselves, from the small to the big – Get together as HUMANITY and make a difference.

If I were to be asked to write a list of 'ten commandments' for the present day, one thing I'd definitely include is:
EDUCATE YOURSELF

I suggest investigating the Equal Life Foundation’s proposal of a Guaranteed Living Income System. This proposal suggests a groundbreaking change in political paradigms that doesn’t ‘take sides’ but instead presents a completely new approach to solving the problems we are currently facing in this world.

Day 503 | Satisfaction within Being Directive in Communication

These days I had some time off and I took the opportunity to write some emails on a subject that I had put quite behind on my list of priorities.
As I was writing the emails and communicating some points to the people involved in the particular project, I realized that I had projected expectations, both onto myself and onto others, and that the more I had postponed directing the point the more I would resist it and slide it further down my list of priorities.

So here obviously we have a case of procrastination, and I´ll be going into this particular point in my next blog post; in this post however I would like to share this simplistic yet fulfilling experience of satisfaction within the context of me taking up communication within the particular project and writing some emails to give the point direction. The satisfaction coming from the starting-point of self-movement, realizing that “I just did it” and “hey it wasn’t that bad or that difficult after all”.
And suddenly also realizing that the key to movement is within effective and practical communication, and most importantly: direct / directive communication  –

This is then opening up another key point, namely that of `self communication´, i.e. who and how we are within and toward ourself;
Because obviously, how can we want or expect effective communication with others, when we within ourselves have no effective self communication, in terms of self-honesty – for instance within how we approach things or people, how we look at others and at ourselves, things we even hide from ourselves like fears and inferiorities and motives, things we deny or suppress, things we ignore or refuse to consider, the expectations that we project, the judgments that we cast, how we shift responsibility to ´others’… hmm, that´s quite a list isn´t it, and it all comes down to `self communication´ and thus the self-honesty of who we are within and toward ourselves and our own inner processes, both mental and emotional.

So – communication – let´s have a look: Communication consists of words, which consist of definitions and meanings, which is something like symbols and signs.
Now – when the signs we exchange are not clear and/or when the symbols we use are not seen for what they are (let alone that people often have different interpretations/values/meanings for the same symbol, an infamous example all can relate to being the word ` love´), then it’s unlikely that communication will be clear, direct, and effective.

Here I’m therefore also sharing the importance of developing effective communication skills, effective looking and seeing skills, which is essentially the ability to see and assess reality with unbiased clarity.

Within this, WRITING is an awesome tool towards CLARITY, as within Writing we are able to transfer what is inside (the mind) into the outside (the physical: here, written out on paper or print) and check it against reality, self-honesty and practical common sense; to then make evaluations and corrections where required, aligning thus our thoughts, words and deeds, from the inside to the outside, and taking self-responsibility and establishing response-able self communication.

Getting ourselves to clear and direct communication is a vital life skill and assists us in realizing the self-directive will that can be ‘found’ within self-honesty and self-awareness, cross-referenced with common sense physical reality.

Yep – writing, communicating, taking responsibility for points in my life, being directive within communication: this is, I find, something truly fulfilling, something wherein we are even able to self-realize our creative ability and in-form ourselves to human beings that will redefine the term ‘human nature’ by living a new paradigm of the things everyone wishes for: peace, freedom, brotherhood, dignity of life and fun!

Day 493 | The Power of Imagination Makes us Infinite

As I was looking for some pictures for my previous blog posts (see Day 491 | Are You Travelling Without Moving? and Day 492 | Travelling Without Moving -part 2I found the following image

and I really would like to address this point, also to show an example how we are mesmerized by ‘beautiful’ words and ideas, without however seeing, let alone considering, the consequences that the implications of such accepted words/ideas have on ourselves, our world, our reality.

Now let us for instance for a moment accept that ‘The Power of Imagination Makes us Infinite’.
What happens when and as we accept such statement?
Doesn’t that for one create the desire of ‘being infinite’, of somehow being ‘more than’ what we are, here and now?
And doesn’t it prompt us to go ahead and use our imagination to create a ‘greater’, ‘infinite’ version of ourselves?

But does that version of ourselves really exist?
And how much can we then truly CARE for the actuality of our reality, if most of the time we are busy in our imagination, travelling without moving?

Is it, you think, a coincidence that the religions of this world promote an ‘afterlife’ and push people into projecting their ‘salvation’ and a ‘better world’ into ‘life after death’?
Who benefits if the PEOPLE of this world are caught up in their minds, ‘living’ in imaginative realities, separating themselves from what is here as this one reality we share?

So I’d suggest to anyone reading this now to ask yourself these/such questions and to investigate how you use your imagination and why.
