In my previous post I discussed an observation I made with elderly people – an observation that in fact applies to all human beings and how we exist. (You can read the post here for the sake of context: )

I referred to how the experience and the expression / the acting-out thereof will be ‘unique’, the pattern however will be the same:
it’s an energetic, bipolar manifestation.

We’ve looked at the energetic dimension of the point and how it is that energy has become something we follow and make ourselves subject to, thus we in fact abdicate our directive authority and become slaves to energy, to mental concepts of ‘positive’ and ‘negative’ which we then allow to determine our worth, our value, while we completely disregard our value as LIFE.

Now – the bipolar nature of this has one interesting practical implication: You can’t have one polarity without the other.

So while we are busy perpetuating ‘positive’ aspects of our mental-ity, be it through bringing up memories that make us feel good, or make us feel righteous, or make us feel like we are a good person or a valuable/worthy person, we are in fact busy suppressing and denying all the ‘negative’ of ourselves, all the things we don’t wanna see and acknowledge as existent within ourselves because then we would have to feel ‘bad’ and ‘unworthy’.

And the more we try to enhance the ‘positive’ side of our mental reality, the more we give power to the ‘negative’ as well, which is why we’ll then experience outbursts of sudden anger or rage, often to the extent of physically acting-out those suppressed emotions that we seem unable to name or even look at, let alone understand how they got to exist within us in the first place.

So it’s interesting that we’ll use the ‘positive’ to suppress and deny the ‘negative’ – instead of realizing that we are within such mental-ity and within such existence through and as a mind merely busy avoiding the actuality of reality, the actuality of ourselves, our lives, our world.

The consequences of such energetic, bipolar existence are vast, but to name one I’d like to point out how we’ve for instance defined ‘peace’ through ‘war’. If one really have a look, there exists no actual peace in this world. Peace is but the absence of war, but war is somehow always there, always a possibility, always an option. And we can’t have peace without war.

But war without is a manifestation of the war within. It’s an energetic conflict based in fear and competition – both within and without. Fear and competition are again ‘experiences’ rooted in polarity, they are in fact based on mental constructs, yet we have lived them into beingness, we have lived them into reality to such an extent that it’s become ‘who we are’ as human beings, as humanity.

We are in pieces, we are not whole. And as long as we are in pieces, there can be no actual peace, a peace that is an expression of who we are in self-awareness as life, in the realization that any harm done to any part of life is harm that will sooner or later return back to self, thus any harm toward life is self-harm to begin with.

So here some considerations on the bipolar nature of energy, and how we have trapped ourselves within polarity constructs, trying to keep only the ‘positive’, not realizing that the way we’ve defined and determined things in our existence, the positive cannot exist without the negative.

There is another way – and at Desteni we challenge ourselves and each-other into re-defining our existence in a way that takes-out the mental polarity constructs we’ve been subjecting our existence to, and purify our words into living words that can stand the test of time and prove to be valid for all as best for all LIFE.

Within observing elderly people, there’s one point that becomes very clear, and, if one really look at it one can see that it’s something that does not only pertain to elderly people but is something that we all do and engage in.

What I noticed – here in the example of elderly people, which makes it ‘easier’ o simply clearer to see – is that there is two main ‘moods’ or two kinds of ‘state of mind’ one would be in: one will either be in the present complaining about everything and anything that one is currently not content with (here in the example of the elderly it will be pain, discomfort, but also irrational stuff like blaming the nurses or the relatives or anything for that matter); or one will be in the past fishing out the best possible memories and the self-definitions that make them feel good about themselves (elderly people will often even act as if they are currently living in the past and will for a moment forget where they in fact are and what their state of being is).

The interesting thing about this, is that in none of the cases self-responsibility is realized. In the ‘negative’ energy there is a certain nastiness and specifically blame and spite coming up, while in the ‘positive’ energy there is a certain pride or happiness coming up associated to those parts/times in one’s life that one had attached ‘positive’ value to and thus one will ‘feel good’ and ‘feel positive’ because the switch is on the “plus”. When that imagination fades away and the person ‘wakes up’ to the actuality of reality, what will happen is that they will ‘fall’ into the ‘negative’ side of the energy and they’ll feel like nothing is right and everyone is to blame. Unfortunately within it all, no point of self-responsibility or self-creation is realized.

Now, given the way we exist in this world, this is ‘understandable’ when it comes to the elderly people. It is the common-sensical consequence/outflow of how we exist. What’s interesting is that the experience and the expression / the acting-out thereof will be ‘unique’, the pattern however is the same: it’s an energetic, bipolar manifestation.

Energetic – meaning: it will swing the person along with it; either in terms of ‘uplifting’ them (when one is fishing out the ‘good stuff’ from one’s life and suddenly starts telling the stories that make them ‘feel good’ and basically validate the personality/self-definition the person had adopted throughout their life), or in terms of ‘bringing them down’ (when suddenly the actuality of reality comes bashing in, either through pain or external stimuli that remind the person where they are and what state they are in).

And what is interesting to see, realize and understand here: is that the person always follows the energy, which means that the person is subject to the energy, thus ‘less than’ the energy, which is why the person has no directive authority, because that authority had been abdicated to energy and energy is then the force that pulls the person ‘up’ or ‘down’ –
and obviously what can be observed is how we tend to always try and remain in the ‘positive’, ‘uplifted’, ‘high’, when in fact that ‘high’ is not an actual state of being in self-awareness through a ‘man-know-thyself’ insight; that ‘high’ is always defined through mental concepts and is equally experienced and expressed as such.
Otherwise one would be able to at any given moment make a self-directive decision of what one would like to experience and express, but that is not so.

It takes great mental effort to remain in the ‘positive’, but sooner or later reality comes knocking at your door and you have to face your physical reality with everything that goes along with it. Granted, the whole spiritual new-age junkies have been doing quite a ‘good job’ at deluding themselves and creating all kinds of alternate realities that make one ‘feel good’…
but, come on, the actuality of reality is another, and it always comes with consequence. Funny how in the mind one can circus about as if there were no consequences, but this physical reality we all share is a reality of consequences, which makes the point of self-responsibility a vital point to understand if one would like to leave this world in self-honesty and full awareness of one’s existence on earth.

These some considerations on the energetic dimension of human existence.
The bipolar nature of this has one interesting practical implication: You can’t have one polarity without the other.

153: 13 of 21 Days Practicing Self Equality | Stopping the Ups & Downs

I am continuing from yesterday´s Blog post where I looked at the ups-and-downs and round-and-rounds of human experience, and how we ´sell our soul´, our life and living, to the ups and downs of the mind, the conditioned consciousness of which we allow to drive us like an automated pilot without our directive.

I realize that the ups and downs of human experience as we´ve accepted it in the context of the accepted ´human nature´ is an indication that we are not the directive principle of ourselves, but are instead directed-driven from the inside out through conditioned thoughts, feelings/emotions, moods.

Therefore I commit myself to questioning the ups and downs of my experience to see, realize and understand exactly how they work, what equations form these experiences, and how do I allow myself to be defined through energetic experiences –

So that I may within that, and through the walking of self-honesty, self-forgiveness and self-corrective application in relation to such ups and downs, stand-up and be/become the directive principle of me here in every moment.

I realize that that the ups and downs that an individual experiences are based on and formed through the conditioned patterns of reward and punishment one is exposed to as a child;

and that such ups and downs, when looked at in self-honesty, reveal the re-cycling patterns we have accepted as ´life´, within which we go round and round, driven by experiences and external factors, instead of being the directive principle of self as life.

Therefore I commit myself to investigating the ´reward´ and ´punishment´ patterns that I still subject myself to, through and as the mind, so that I may stop the self-sabotage and stand-up within myself to establish myself as directive principle, within consistency, in every moment of breath.

I realize that whenever I follow concepts and ideas of ´superiority´ or ´inferiority´ in my mind, I am in fact abdicating my value as life and make myself subject to my own judgments, comparisons, and definitions of polarity.

Therefore I commit myself to stopping any and all judgment and comparison within myself and within my participation in my world – so that I may stand in self equality, in self-realization of life as the only real value.

I realize that the patterns that define us are based on the polarity system presented to us since we enter this world –

where we´ll exist in constant inner conflict, comparison and competition, trying to get/have some “value”, yet refusing to see that within this system it is impossible to have/get actual value, because the actual value of LIFE has been traded for the fake values of this world based in concepts of ´superiority´ and ´inferiority´.

Therefore I commit myself to investigate any and all points where I still submit myself to ideas and concepts of ´superiority´ and ´inferiority´ as “value” – so that I may restore the value of LIFE within myself and within my participation in my world.

I realize that whenever I judge, compare or define myself and others through concepts of ´superiority´ and ´inferiority´, I am in fact allowing myself to define my value based on THE SYSTEM.

Therefore, whenever I see myself expecting others to ´value´, ´accept´, or ´validate´ me: I stop, I breathe, and I apply the realization that only I can accept myself here as life thus GIVING myself the value of life within practically LIVING self equality and oneness as life.

I see, realize and understand that the value of life is equality, and thus, in giving myself the value of life and accepting myself as life, I commit myself toequally in common sense give the value of life to everyone else, making sure that my participation in my inner and outer reality is such that it accepts nothing less than who we all really are as life, that I accept nothing less than what is Best for All, nothing less than DIGNITY for all life equally.

I see, realize and understand that within self-interest, there is no room for what is best for life.

I see, realize and understand that all characters / personalities / personas as what we become as products of this world consciousnessare based in self-interest and function through a polarity system of desires and fears, none of them real, yet made real through thoughts, feelings and emotions to serve the self-preservation of a personality, within that also ensuring the preservation of the world system as a whole – keeping things in place, and history repeating.

Therefore I commit myself to investigate the patterns of my self-interest in detail – because I see that if I accept and allow myself to exist in patterns of self-interest I would only be considering my OWN conditioned wants, needs and desires, and disregard life as a whole.

I commit myself to investigating any and all personalities / character roles / personas that I have created / accepted myself as – so that I may step by step deconstruct the constructs of fakeness that I have accepted as “me”, that keep me ´functioning´, yet not LIVING, and rebirth myself as life/living, as a self-willed individual that stands for LIFE in all possible ways.

I see, realize and understand that any definition is always a limitation – and that by pursuing self-interest which is the interest of the fake personalities / character roles / personas that we are conditioned as: we are in essence pursuing our own limitation.

Therefore I commit myself to stop fighting for my limitations and investigate any and all points of accepted limitation, so that I may assist and support myself in expanding and expressing myself as life.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that thoughts, feelings and emotions are the result of conditioning, and that anyone claiming personal freedom is deceiving themselves, because how can a conditioned mind system be free when it is not even aware of what is driving it.

I commit myself to showing how we ´sell our soul´ to a consciousness system of inequality that tells us we must struggle for survival against everything and everyone else and fight anything that stands in our way of ´personal happiness´.

I commit myself to showing that children in this world are given no choice but to submit to the system imposed onto them and give-up on themselvesas life;

because children are not being heard, seen, or understood by their environment – and thus at some point, due to not being able to communicate themselves, children start suppressing and internalizing their experiences and reactions, and developing personalities, internal conversations and polarity equations, all aiming at ´getting MY way´ in a ´hidden´ manner, because what children in one way or another conclude that: in this world I am not allowed to express myself.

I commit myself to showing how from that point of ´getting MY way´ in a ´hidden´ manner, the whole process of self separation, personality creation, manipulation tactics etc. begins, through which the ´individual´ starts evolving its personalities / character roles in relation to this world – and so we manifest a definitions of ´life´/´living´ that is equal to SURVIVAL within and as this human RACE.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that we are more than able to face ourselves as the MIND CONSCIOUSNESS SYSTEM we have become and this world has become – the only thing that is missing is OUR WILL, our DECISION to STAND-UP and take responsibility for LIFE, AS life.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that no one is coming to save us, and that we must face ourselves – individually and collectively – and that no one can stand-up for another, just like no one can breathe for another, hence why SELF-RESPONSIBILITY is the key here.

I commit myself to facing myself as the system I have become, and to within that, lead myself in self-honesty and practical common sense to be and become an individual that lives the equality of life and thus REAL VALUE, as what is best for all in all ways – not accepting anything less than what is best for all.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that as long as we directly or tacitly accept/allow the bipolar concepts of consciousness to drive, direct and define us in terms of ´superiority´ / ´inferiority´, ´more than´ / ´less than´, ´winning´ / ´losing´: we cannot LIVE THE VALUE OF LIFE and stand/be equal to life as the only real, actual, relevant value.

Therefore I commit myself to understanding how polarity works in detail, and stopping all polarity forces within myself, so that I may be the force that stands-up from its submission and takes self-responsibility to restore the value of life, within and without.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that an equal money system will assist and support humanity and the evolution of human consciousness in the process of stopping the power-games and the accepted exploitation of life for profit, and transcending our systematic existence of separation and inequality into a living existence of oneness and equality – as BEST FOR ALL.

152: 12 of 21 Days Practicing Self Equality | Up & Down, Round & Round, the Car_U_Sell of Life?

I am looking at the ups-and-downs and round-and-rounds of human experience, and how we ´sell our soul´, our life and living, to the ups and downs of the mind;

how we´ve even come to exist in separation of our own minds, where we do not even see, realize and understand the multidimensional self creation processes through which we become (through our acceptance and allowance) the ´individuals´ that we are today;

whereby there is nothing really ´individual´ about our individual existences, as our beingness is formed and informed through the patterns of those we are exposed to when born into this world.

What we can see, however, is that within the mind, everything is defined in terms of ´positive´ and ´negative´, ´more´ and ´less´, ´up´ and ´down´, ´winning´ and ´losing´ –
yet in spite of the obviousness that this GAME is a dead end, literally – with the only certainty in life being death, and even the value of money being determined as debt, and people thinking that we ´live´ when in fact we are the living dead:

we seem unable to STOP the carousel of energetic experiences through which we define ourselves, starting at a very young age, based on the reward and punishment system used within parenting and called ´love´, which indoctrinates the accepted polarity system of this world consciousness, imposing fake ´values´ onto life, and manifesting further copies of life-abusing organic robots that follow fake values (´power´, ´status´, ´reputation´, ´fulfillment´, ´freedom´) that can be described under the general mode operandi of human beings as: the ´pursuit of happiness´, which is in essence SELF-INTEREST.

Because despite our pursuit of happiness, no real happiness exists in this world that is substantial and based in the core of our beingness, and it is ironic that even the belief in personal happiness exists while the world is in an atrocious condition, which reflects no other but our own inner nature and what we have accepted to be ´human nature´ within and as inequality, exploitation, and abuse.

So – are we really ´unable´ to stop self-interest? What determines our ability or inability? What defines us? What dictates our decisions? How do we justify the decisions we make? And if we ´justify´ ourselves – what does that say about us?

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to question the ups and downs of human experience.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the ups and downs that an individual experiences are based on and formed through the conditioned patterns of reward and punishment one is exposed to as a child.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that such ups and downs, when looked at in self-honesty, reveal the re-cycling patterns we call our ´life´, within which we go round and round, experiencing in essence over and over again what we have accepted and allowed ourselves to define self and others as, according to the polarity system presented to us since we enter this world –

where we´ll exist in constant inner conflict, comparison and competition, trying to get/have some “value”, refusing to see that within this system it is impossible to have/get actual value, because the actual value of LIFE has been traded for the fake values of this world based in concepts of ´superiority´ and ´inferiority´.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to abdicate my value as life, and then exist in ´inferiority´ within myself through my own accepted definitions, comparisons, judgments.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to define my value through ´others´, expecting for others to validate me, to accept me, to ´give me´ value, when I am not giving the value of life to myself.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the value of life is equality, and thus, in giving myself the value of life and accepting myself as life, I equally have to give the value of life to everyone else, and make sure that my participation in my inner and outer reality is such that it accepts nothing less than who we all really are as life, that it accepts nothing less than what is Best for All, nothing less than dignity for all life.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see that within self-interest, there is no room for what is best for life.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to investigate the patterns of my self-interest – because then I would see that I within and as such patterns only consider my conditioned wants, needs and desires, and disregard life as a whole.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that all characters / personalities / personas created within and of this world are based in self-interest and function through a polarity system of desires and fears, none of them real, yet made real to serve the self-preservation of a personality.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that any definition is always a limitation – and that in essence we are pursuing our limitations by pursuing self-interest.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that thoughts, feelings and emotions are the result of conditioning, and that anyone claiming personal freedom is deceiving themselves, because how can a conditioned mind system be free when it is not even aware of what is driving it.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to be driven by my conditioning, as I identified with my conditioned thoughts, feelings and emotions, and have never questioned the patterns within and as which I exist.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to ´sell my soul´ to a consciousness system of inequality that tells me I must struggle for survival against everything and everyone else and fight anything that stands in my way of ´personal happiness´.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to, as a child, submit to the system imposed onto me and give-up on myself as life.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to consider that, a child gives-up on itself as life because it is not being heard, seen, or understood by its environment – and that the child will at some point, due to not being able to communicate itself, start suppressing and internalizing its experiences and reactions, and developing personalities, internal conversations and polarity equations, all aiming at ´getting its way´ in a ´hidden´ manner, because what the child concludes is that: in this world I am not allowed to express myself.

...Yet from that point of ´getting MY way´ in a ´hidden´ manner, the whole process of self separation, personality creation, manipulation tactics etc. begins, through which the ´individual´ starts evolving its character roles in relation to this world within which we fight for survival within and as this human RACE.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to give-up on the child in me, instead of using the mind/intellect to become the parent I never had, so as to lead myself in self-honesty and practical common sense to be and become an individual that lives the equality of life and thus REAL VALUE, as what is best for all in all ways – not accepting anything less than what is best for all.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that we cannot LIVE THE VALUE OF LIFE and stand/be equal to life as the only real, actual, relevant value, as long as we directly or tacitly accept/allow the bipolar concepts of consciousness to drive, direct and define us in terms of ´superiority´ / ´inferiority´, ´more than´ / ´less than´, ´winning´ / ´losing´.
