In my process of walking myself from a ‘state of mind’ where I exist within a resonant self-imprisonment into living self freedom as life in every moment, I am at this point redefining ME through practical self commitment and corrective applications.
What is this resonant self-imprisonment I am talking about?

It entails all the beliefs and self-definitions I’ve been holding about myself, in essence limiting myself and my expression through my own mind, ending up existing in self-judgment and negativity.

Once I realized that the positivity I was using (and this was in the years I was following spirituality) merely functioned as a cover-up, an energetic balancing-out mechanism that allowed me to suppress and deny the reality of myself, I started walking my process of actual self-realization, with the tools and support provided at the Desteni platforms – where it’s about REAL self-realization, based on understanding How we function as mind system, how the world functions as a system, and how we keep ourselves and each-other enslaved to systems of abuse, systems of polarity, systems based on values that disregard the value of LIFE.

So here I am walking a process of establishing the value of life within and as myself – and this implies letting go of and moving myself beyond the limitations I have accepted, adopted and placed faith in throughout my life. 

So I’ve been looking into the main ‘moods’ that define my existence and how I ‘feel’ about myself and my life – what thoughts circulate/repeat in my mind and what these/such thoughts are telling me about myself/my life – and I’ve been recognizing how I uphold my own limitation.


It’s interesting how we fight for our limitations – we defend our ‘right’ to feel depressed, or to feel not good enough, or to feel unaccomplished or unfulfilled; but we hardly investigate the value-judgments such ‘mental conclusions’ are based on, as well as what it will practically take to change, to get out of the prison of our own minds.

It’s also interesting that we even seek for the validation of our beliefs from our external environment – and we’ll seek out relationships that will for instance ‘confirm’ to us our own beliefs of inadequacy or that will give us ‘reasons’ to exist in depression, and then we go and blame our external environment for who we are and how we experience ourselves, never really taking self-responsibility, never really taking that step of establishing a real support relationship with ourselves as body, mind and spirit in self-equality and oneness.

And we’ll go even further where, if we don’t receive the feedback from our world that would validate our self-beliefs and limitations, we’ll simply create/follow the THOUGHTS that do so.
“I believe X or Y about myself because my thoughts tell me so” – But, do we ever investigate where our thoughts come from? How they are created? How they escalate?

What emerges within all that is a SELF RELIGION: everything we believe about ourselves / our life / our world, and all the ways we justify why we are who and how we are.

And we can see what RELIGION does in our world: we go to war in the name of a god, in the name of religions, in the name of a belief-system.
And with everyone following their OWN self religion – self-created/adopted/accepted in one’s own mind and, interestingly enough, existent in one’s own mind only – we have a human race unable to love each-other as neighbors, let alone to ‘Know Thyself’ and love/care for oneself as LIFE.


So – in the process of redefining ME in the context of equality and oneness as LIFE and LIVING – the main point I am debunking, deconstructing and purifying is my own self religion of/as mind, and within this moving myself beyond the limitations of the mind/consciousness into/as a practical self that stands in integrity and self-respect, accepting nothing less than the potential I know I can be and become, making myself able to LIVE and EXPRESS – and make a difference in the actuality of this physical reality.

258: The Consistency of the Physical

Today I was painting a door, and as I was doing so, I noticed an interesting point that should in fact be obvious common sense in this existence: the consistency of the physical.

Just like the physical breath is a stable, ongoing, consistent movement of in-breath and out-breath, painting the door required that I consistently brush up and down, or right and left, moving with the stability of the movement at a stable pace.

Within this repeating application you realize you can’t do faster than simply brushing up and down, or right and left, just like you can’t do more than one breath at a time. There is no boredom or tiredness within that, in spite of the repeated action. On the contrary, it’s like a form of meditation, while one’s attention is focused on the physical communication with the door, the brush, the paint, doing only that which one is in fact busy doing: painting the door.

What is fascinating within that, is that one is participating and interacting in real-time – breath by breath, brush by brush, here in every moment, otherwise it is very easy to get frustrated and/or have all kinds of distractions and reactions on the mind, but then one is not in fact busy Here, but rather “there”, within alternate realities of the mind, thinking ABOUT what one is doing, instead of simply doing, moving, step by step, breath by breath.


This is the same for any point we are dealing with in our reality – we either face / deal with a point directly, seeing it for what it is, in which case we interact with/as the actuality of reality in real-time, or we create all kinds of opinions, judgments, ideas, reactions toward and about the point, in which case we are in fact only interacting with our own mind, our own reactions, our own box of mental and emotional patterns, and within that we completely miss the actuality of reality that is Here.

Investigate Desteni for a real approach to reality, and assist yourself in learning how to face and deal with the actual reality, how to see what is here for-real, and how to start removing the layers of distraction and perception that are conditioned to see only what the mind was taught to see, resulting in a world where we fight for our limitations and wage wars in the name of mental constructs, while we disregard the actuality of the physical reality that sustains us all on this ONE planet we share.

250: New Year’s Eve – A Bipolar Spectacle

New Year's Eve –
This is a spectacle every year, and every time I wonder how this can be repeated year after year, with people wishing “a happy new year” and making all kinds of new year resolutions without anything ever really changing.

I am amazed at the bipolar show that New Year’s Eve presents. The sounds of fireworks and pyrotechnics are literally sounding like WAR, violent and while at the same time the sky gets filled up with “beautiful colors”. The people on the street seem to be competing – “my firework is better than yours, louder, brighter, oh yeah!” It’s insane.

A huge show – for what? For the minds of the people, just enhancing the self-delusion, the show must go on, and it better be fun on the way, brighter, louder, bigger – but has any of that any real impact on our existence as a whole?

What is there really to celebrate? Half the world is starving, the planet is deteriorating, the animal kingdom is being suppressed by our occupation of earth and the pollution we manifest – it’s a shame.

232: Stopping Assumptions to See the Reality of What is Here

In this blog post I am making a reference to a post from Creation’s Journey to Life blog, and here is an excerpt that I am sharing for the sake of context – though it is suggested that one read the entire blog post as well as previous posts from this blog series as it provides great practical support in understanding the mind and the ‘reality’ it creates:

“…One of the Great Disadvantages of Intellect and Knowledge and, so to speak, our current Science – is the Role Assumption Plays and Guide the Consciousness into Forming Theories, which then are Given Impetus over Actual Reality.
In this, the Mind Platform can In Fact be called an “Assumption Platform”.

…

Imagine the Problem that Exist, where the Platform is Infused with Religious Doctrine throughout Childhood, and all the Conclusions that the Mind will Jump to when giving Value to Experiences where the Person would Regard the Experience as ‘Evidence’ that their ‘Knowledge’ is in fact ‘True’. And Obviously, these Experiences will be Repeated, because – the Mind will Search out, That which the Individual Seek to Prove to itself. And so, Falling in the Trap of the ‘Assumption God’, becomes a very simple thing as Evidenced by multiple groups on Earth with Very Diverse Views, all Claiming to have Evidence and Experience ‘that their Version of God, is the True God’.…”

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to form and follow assumptions in my mind.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to consider that to assume means to build equations in the mind based on past experiences, past knowledge, past definitions.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that to make assumptions means to re-create past experiences, past knowledge, past definitions.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that within making assumptions I cannot SEE what is real here, because I then only see the experiences, knowledge, definitions that are already pre-existent in my mind.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand the nature of assumption-making: namely that the mind making the assumption thinks and believes in the righteousness of the assumption and will thus demand to be ‘right’ and to be accepted as ‘right’; and if the assumption is not accepted or not validated, the mind that formed it will go into conflict to ‘protect’ and ‘justify’ the assumption as ‘valid’ because the mind formed the assumption based on its OWN past experience, knowledge and definitions – completely disregarding the fact that all experience, knowledge and definitions was only ever existent in one’s OWN mind, and as we can see in our world, the mind is ‘educated’ into competition and survival and thus never in fact considers or regards common sense in terms of the actuality of this one physical reality we all share.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to think and believe that my assumptions must be ‘right’.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to want my assumptions to be ‘right’ so that I can feel righteous and clever/better/more.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that assumptions are formed through equations of the mind consciousness, which is Ego, as it is formed and cultivated in separation from Life as a Whole; and therefore, that which forms the assumptions is the consciousness that fights for its validation, its survival, its righteousness – resulting into conflict and competition, which in the bigger picture forms society and the world as we know it.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to consider that if the individual cells in my physical body would start forming assumptions about each-other and going into conflict, the physical body would go into dis-ease and would slowly but surely fall apart, and the consciousness that I perceive to be “me” would end, as its existence is dependent on the physical;
and that the same goes for our physical world, where we can see that: because we exist based on beliefs created through the mental in separation from the actuality of the physical reality, we are in fact causing the deterioration of our physical environment which is in fact what sustains us all here on Earth.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to consider that the individual consciousness of the human mind is based on taught patterns and equations of mental polarity concepts that do not in fact support the individual as life or life as a whole.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the individual consciousness of human beings is a system of polarity patterns, and that as such all minds are the same, based on the same patterns;
yet each mind will act as if it is somehow ‘special’ and will go to great lengths to prove its ‘uniqueness’ or have its ‘uniqueness’ validated by others – when in fact this ‘uniqueness’ is simply the result of the individual conditions of upbringing and the influences of culture, religion, education or the lack thereof and other environmental factors as well as the brainwashing provided by the media and all channels of the consumerism system.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to consider that the validation of ‘uniqueness’ or ‘specialness’ is in fact the framework or platform upon which groupings and friendships are formed: to validate each-other’s minds; and that all we do within that is define ourselves through mental concepts and fake values of ‘specialness’ while we disregard our physical equality as Earthlings and the actual value of life that we all have in common.


I commit myself to continue assisting and supporting myself in stopping the assumptions formed within my mind, as I realize that within following assumptions I would only be re-creating the future from the past, equal to the past as my already pre-existent experience, knowledge and definitions; and would thus not ever SEE my world or another being for what they really are, as I would only be seeing my own mind, my own equations, my own beliefs – formed through assumption.

I commit myself to assist and support myself to stop being the victim of the conditioned mind system, and to instead support myself in remaining Here, breathing, committed to the actuality of this physical reality, in every moment considering the common sense of what is best for all, and willing myself to live/apply self-honesty in terms of no longer allowing myself to want, need, or desire any ‘validation’ for my mind – because I realize that as long as I am wanting, I am caught up in the mind within mental concepts that place “me” as somehow more important than others, which makes out of any human being a self-righteous ignorant fool that is seeking fulfillment through the mind and thus inevitably ends-up within and as FOOLfilment.

I commit myself to pin-point my assumption patterns and to lay them out for myself by writing out the mind constructs/equations in self-honesty, as I have seen and realized that this is the best support one can give to oneself in walking oneself out of the prison of the mind and into the actuality of the physical reality.
