Here I continue with shedding light onto my definitions of the words Living/to Live and debunking 'self religion', and another point I looked at is the word Alone:

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to think and believe that when I am alone, I am not living.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to connect a negative charge to the word Alone, connecting the word Alone with words such as sadness, weakness, weird, inferior, not-good-enough, left-out.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to feel sad when I am alone, instead of realizing that the sadness is the result of the equation I have accepted/adopted/allowed within my mind where I have interpreted that to be alone has to mean sadness, inferiority, being less-than, being left-out.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to Be Alone and Be Here For Me, and For Give Me, within this letting go of my ideas and beliefs about and emotional attachments to the word Alone and giving life to me / allowing myself to live with every breath, in every moment.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to live the word Alone as All-One, wherein I stand in oneness and equality as me, embracing all of me as one and taking full and equal responsibility for all parts of me, as One.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to – from a childhood memory/belief telling me that “I was not loved” – form an idea and belief about my self-worth, thinking and believing that I am not worthy being loved/being alive/living.

Within this I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to connect the words Living/to Live to the concept of ‘being loved’.
Within this I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to connect the words ‘being loved’ to ‘value’ and ‘appreciation’ and from there to create the perception that if am alone, then I am not loved, thus I have no value or appreciation.
Within this I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to appreciate the value of life within me as me – and I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to think and believe that such value/appreciation/love must come from others, instead of giving it to myself through who I am and how I live.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to – from a past experience wherein I observed and experienced a person within family that was making the choice to be ‘alone’ and within that to victimize themself and be sad and miserable – define the word Alone according to my judgment of that person and interpretation of their experience, and based on the fact that I myself felt powerless and helpless and wasn’t able to deal with the person/situation: I created the fear within myself of being like that person and being alone.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to feel ‘less than’ when I am alone, instead of allowing myself to take the time that I have available and really Be Here with me, Be Here for me, and explore Being Alone as an expression of me, within this freeing myself/my expression and my definition of Living from the idea that it is others and who I am with others that defines my Living and my worth/value.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to value the time I have for me alone – and within this I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to give in to the resistances that inevitably come-up when one is at the process/point of facing self and realizing self-responsibility; because it’s easier for the consciousness we become as ‘human nature’ to shift responsibility and thus direct our attention to ‘others’, wherein we can blame others or wait for others to change instead of making the effort to change, to move self, to take that responsibility, to take life in one’s hands, to take oneself by the hand so-to-speak and Be Here for self, make that decision, and stand in self equality and oneness as the directive authority within self as who I am.

I commit myself to assist and support myself in changing my ‘human nature’ from projection to directive authority, from competition and comparison to self-worth as life in equality, from the power-games of ‘superiority’ and ‘inferiority’ to common sense and clarity in communication, from expecting value/love/appreciation to living it as who I am, this thus being reflected within who I am with myself alone as well as with any other being in my world.

I commit myself to assisting and supporting myself in developing an intimate relationship with myself, wherein I become The One for me: I give myself permission to Live – I accept myself as worthy of life – I make myself worthy of life – I support me, I get to know me, I move me, I get to change me.

I commit myself to assisting and supporting myself in living the change I wanna see in my world with every breath, in every moment, regardless where/when/with whom.

I commit myself to live the realization that I am not alone.

And when I see myself going into an emotional experience of ‘feeling alone’, I stop and take a breath and remind myself that that is only a trick of my mind as consciousness ensuring that I remain as conditioned and limited to a system of inferiority/superiority that is in constant friction without any results that support life and living.

I commit myself to assist and support myself in no longer following the polarity patterns of my conditioned consciousness as I realize that such application is not me directing me but rather following the power-games of the mind. Therefore I will myself to take self-directive principle and move myself beyond the limitations of the mind into real practical living in self-worth as life. I realize that no one can do this for me, this is a gift I can only give myself – SelfForGive and Move towards actual change and self-determination in responsibility as life.

I commit myself to continue assisting and supporting myself in stopping the mind-control through self-honesty and self-will; and to assist and support others equally – so that we can start educating ourselves as Humanity with practical common sense tools and actual reality perspectives and changing ourselves as Humanity from survival and friction into Living in oneness and equality as Life.

293: Predictive Programming & Mass Manipulation –part2

Understanding cause and effect of the systems of our world, the systems of the human psyche – is Key to understanding programming and realizing that everything that is programmed is predictable and therefore much of the consequences that we are facing, both individually and as humanity collectively, could have been prevented if actual care and consideration had been existent. But it hadn’t. The only thing existent has been the drive for profit and the pursuit of self-interest, manifesting a separation of life into groups with different interests fighting for their ‘own’, while disregarding the interest of LIFE as who we all really are.

Is there something ‘out there’ that doesn’t want the individual to ‘know thyself’ – that doesn’t want life to be empowered, to be creative, to be expanding and evolving in fact?
We tend to blame it on “The System” – but what is the system other than the externalized manifestation of the inner nature of man.
Everything is in the image and likeness of the creator. Man as the creator of this world system should look in the mirror and see if one can truly embrace what we have created; see if one is willing to place oneself in the shoes of another, in the shoes of any being on this Earth and be Okay with it. The answer is clear!

So is that “something” that doesn’t want the individual to ‘know thyself’… is it perhaps not ‘out there’ but ‘in here’, within? Is it perhaps the accepted inner nature of man that is holding on to self-interest, driven by fear, that is terrified of facing self, terrified of having to take responsibility for life because that would include everyone and everything else, terrified of having to give-up all that which one has deemed as one’s ‘own’, one’s ‘special treats’, one’s ‘power’, one’s ‘possession’?

Fascinatingly enough: that which one believes to ‘possess’ ends up ‘possessing’ the individual from the insight out, and so we have hell on earth with all kinds of ‘demonic’ possessions, while more and more man becomes de-man, demon, less than man – because man as life would honor all life equally. But the human doesn’t.

Realizing that all that which one has suppressed, denied, ignored, hidden away in the dark corners of one’s mind has in fact the greatest power over one’s decisions in life: can be terrifying. But the more one tries to suppress and deny, the more powerful such suppressions become, the more one gives away one’s power, responsibility, and directive authority.
This is actually common sense, it is predictive programming. It should be taught at school, but no one tells you that. The school does not tell you that, the system does not tell you that. Because the system wants weak individuals, the system wants to control your decisions, so that this world is inhabited by slaves driven by fears and desires that are not even their own.

Assisting and supporting human beings to understand their suppressions, to peel off the layers of denial and get to ‘know thyself’, to stop the accepted separation within self and stand in integrity – THAT would lead to strong, self-responsible human beings that are able to make informed decisions and honor life in all possible ways.

But fascinatingly enough – one fears oneself. Because one KNOWS that one has become subject to the inner conflicts, the separation, the accepted lies that one ends-up living. It’s like, everyone lives in a bubble, in the illusion of having “everything under control”, and one KNOWS that if one starts questioning, and investigating, and exploring how things really work, within and without: that bubble will burst.

I’ve been walking a process of bursting my bubbles and stopping the self-dishonesty within myself that we are all ‘educated’ to exist within and as. Since I came across the Desteni material and the self-support tools shared, I started questioning, I started investigating, I started looking within myself to see where and how the systems that I so despised in my world existed within me, as me. Systems of mental constructs, of polarities, of ‘superiority’ and ‘inferiority’, of comparison and judgment, of fears and desires, of all kinds of projections, suppressions, denials.

I have always enjoyed sharing what has assisted me in life. That is why I am writing, that is why I am publishing, that is why I share my process and the realizations and insights I gain as I continue to deconstruct and investigate human existence and how to change it to the benefit of LIFE.

292: Predictive Programming & Mass Manipulation

...Even though we can look at our existence on a collective and on an individual level and see how programming is both predictable and predictive, this insight has not been used to the benefit of life, has not been used to educate responsible and solid individuals, has not been used in the interest of life, but was abused in self-interest, in the name of profit, at the cost of life.
...And everyone is paying for it, yet the root of this creation is within each one of us. We are responsible, and thus in fact response-able.

We should have already wondered how it is that, even though everyone is able to see that programming is predictive and that for instance the ‘making of’ a criminal can be traced back to the influences and acceptances that created the criminal, this insight is not used within for instance education or any system for that matter to empower the individual to ‘know thyself’ and to utilize programming in a way that supports life. And even those that see themselves as ‘truthseekers’ do not come up with the common sense ‘idea’ to investigate how “truth” is created, how reality is created, but instead seek ‘out there’ as if something profound could miraculously emerge just by wishful thinking.

So the extent of programming is vast.
The solutions are within the problems that we are facing, the have always been right in front of our faces, yet we refused to face: the truth of ourselves and the process of our/self’s and society’s creation.

Instead – to get back to the example of the criminal – the power of the group is being (ab)used to program-in polarities in relation to for instance criminals, and then society as a group will distance itself from ‘criminals’ who are then simply locked away as ‘bad’ and ‘evil’ without ever investigating and tracing back and learning from: the actual root cause for the creation process of such ‘criminal manifestation’ and the circumstances / influences (i.e. the dysfunctional, deceptive and abusive systems we are born into) that effect such creations.

It’s been interesting to see the term ‘reverse-engineering’ in the context of the Desteni process, because that is in fact what it takes – tracing back the creation processes of the mechanics of our individual and collective existence, to see, realize and understand what has been ‘going wrong’ and how, as that is the only way to change our ‘evil ways’ and get to transform our existence in a way that will in fact support us all as LIFE.

So yes, there’s a lot of work still to be done in terms of educating ourselves and each-other and sharing/exposing the common sense consideration and self-honesty required for everyone to see, to care, to stand up.

Continuing from my previous blog post on the power of the group in child development, I’d like to share here a comment I participated with on a social network where the question was asked:

How do I get my child to trust me?

Obviously this is a point one can go in-depth with, and I’ve explored the point in various other blog posts in the past (see links at the bottom), but here I’d like to share the few points that I came up with in that moment:

Share YOURSELF - Show yourself. Share unconditionally, do not hide. Tell it like it is. Show the child/children What and How you learned in life, show that one is able to take responsibility, that one does not have to be the victim or powerless. Show that you have the practical common sense required to address any point and see it for what it is, and that anyone willing to is equally able to develop such practical common sense and a direct view at reality.

A crucial point within parenting in our world is the method of Reward and Punishment that constitutes any and all forms of parenting or child approach. This in itself polarizes the child and creates a controllable being that will in turn also learn to control others through manipulation.
Therefore, it is suggested to learn how to move beyond polarity and rather work with the Understanding of cause and effect, thus the Understanding of Consequence, which will produce a human being able to put two and two together and make informed decisions in life that are not dependent of 'reward' or 'punishment' – thus not dependent on the conditioned fears and desires one develops through ‘education’ in this world system – but are based in practical common sense and pertain to the actuality of reality.
