Continuing from
Day 274: Journey to Life through Daily Writing & Self-Honest Introspection
and specifically in relation to the following point I wrote out:
“At the same time an interesting point is opening up, that being the definition of “me” in the context of family, the context of the place where I grew up, the context of the experiences I’ve had throughout my early years, including school, friends, girls, boys, “me” within a ‘social context’ – and what I am finding is how strongly I had accepted and allowed myself throughout the years that I’ve been there to define myself based on the feedback of others, the opinions of others, the judgments of others, etc.”
Having walked the self-forgiveness on accepting and allowing myself to be defined by / to define myself through the judgments, opinions, words of others – the self-corrective application to be lived (especially considering the unconscious/subconscious level at which such accepted self-definition are activated/triggered) is the simplistic point of walking one breath at a time, thus HERE in every moment, in self-awareness within/as Breath/Breathing, walking the physical self-forgiveness, actualized in every breath, every moment, here in real-time.
It’s common sense that in every moment: we are either HERE breathing in self-awareness, or we allow our awareness to be directed by past definitions, value-judgments, accepted opinions and other mental constructs, in which case we are not HERE in the actuality of reality but are ‘trapped in time’ within alternate dimensions and interpretations about reality.
I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to be ‘trapped in time’ –
I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to walk every moment of breath in real-time, in self-awareness as breath, breathing and directing myself, making sure that I MOVE ME, instead of being moved, directed and defined by the internalized external feedback that I received throughout my life and that I had accepted and allowed to form and define ‘who I am’.
Within my process of re-defining myself into/as a living being in absolute self-responsibility, one thing is clear: it’s not about creating/forming a new personality or self-image; it’s not about creating/forming yet another concept/idea if “me” –
Rather, it’s about letting go of the definitions that define “me” and simply walking in self-awareness, one breath at a time, meeting each new moment as what it is, facing it as myself in self-honesty, and directing my interaction/participation in practical common sense as best for all.
That is the only actual power we have in this reality in terms of Self:
The moment of Breath = the opportunity as HERE for self to move self, to determine self, to take a step, make a decision, form the moment through/as one’s participation in self-awareness as life.

I suggest reading the Journey to Life blogs to see how within and through Writing in Self-Honesty one is able to get to know oneself as the mind and to face oneself as what one has become through the conditioned patterns of this preprogrammed consciousness of a consumerism/competition system, which, as we can see everywhere in the world, is rapidly devolving and reaching an unspeakable atrocity.
It is time to take self-responsibility and restore the directive will of life, within oneself for oneself, as well as equally for all, as one, as life, as equals.
