Day 129: Alternate Reality Creation in Backchat - The Enemy Within

Within the context of investigating my creation and the consequences thereof, in other words within the process of facing myself and taking responsibility for who I am and what I create, I am realizing the extensive nature of ‘backchat’ and the consequences of following thoughts, internal conversations and energetic experiences in the mind (=backchat) and how the acceptance of such forms multiple personalities which, if not stopped/transformed through self-honesty and self-responsibility, may take over a being completely and lead to decisions or actions one will end up regretting.

What is interesting to notice is that thoughts are always bipolar in nature (positive and negative), creating thus bipolar experiences of positive or negative energy, and within that all: the ‘one’ that is forming, accepting and following the backchat is always attempting to ‘WIN’ based on a one-dimensional point of view (EGO) which one then tries to ‘validate’ at all cost.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to be self-righteous about my thoughts, in spite of the fact that the moment before a thought comes up, I did not make a decision to ‘think’, yet the thought comes up and I follow the thought and give it attention, believing what it is telling me, forming from there all kinds of assumptions and conclusions, creating an entire alternate reality that has nothing to do with the actuality of reality that takes place in physical space-time;

within this basically create my own delusion which I then defend as if it were real, blind to the consequences of such diversion through my own acceptance and allowance.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to follow the mind through accepting ‘backchat’ to take place and allowing myself to believe and follow the backchat as if my mind is some kind of ‘god’ that is all-knowing –

instead of realize that within blindly following the mind I am in fact abdicating my responsibility, because I am simply following, not even questioning the consequences that I’d be actually able to see if I would allow myself to do the 1+1 mathematical equation of what it is I am accepting and allowing.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that any form of projected anger, blame, pity, discontent etc. that comes up in the mind in form of thoughts that involve another, where another is apparently to blame for: indicate absolute self-separation and the abdication of self-responsibility; furthermore they indicate a certain want / need / desire which one attempts to fulfil through another, instead of taking self-responsibility for who one is and how one experience oneself and why.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to go into a state of ‘superiority’ within the mind through ‘backchat’, thinking and believing I understand another or have a clue what another is thinking – all the while I was simply projecting my own fears and insecurities unto another, to not have to face myself and take absolute self-responsibility.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed backchat to exist within me as a ‘secret mind’ – instead of walking step by step in physical space-time and dealing DIRECTLY with what is here in my space-time reality at any given moment.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to create frictions and conflict – not realizing that this friction and conflict only served the fuelling of my backchat, because the more friction and conflict, the more the backchat seems ‘right’.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to follow the backchat that comes up automatically in the mind – which I realize I have created over a lifetime in specific situations – instead of directly and immediately investigating what thoughts come up, what are they trying to tell me, who would I be/define myself as if I believed the thoughts, what personalities are activate, what am I as the mind trying to gain out of it all, what is the game that is played, what am I supposed to ‘win’, etc. –

so that I may place myself in a position of directing myself in self-honesty and practical common sense, instead of accepting and allowing the conditioned mind to direct me, the mind that is based in fear.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to exist as a slave to fear and thus a slave to the conditioned mind, thinking and believing the mind can be trusted –

instead of realizing that the mind consciousness is conditioned as EGO and can therefore not be trusted with life, cannot be trusted to make decisions in a way that supports all life equally, cannot be trusted to regard the value of life as oneness and equality.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to abdicate my directive principle to consciousness as backchat as Ego in the ‘secret mind’ – and I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to identify with and accept the backchat as ‘me’, as ‘normal’, as ‘logical’; instead of remaining Here as Breath and taking apart what the mind is showing me so that I may take responsibility for what is going within me and make an informed decision in self-responsibility about what I will accept and allow and what I will not accept or allow within me as me.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that all violence, all conflict, all war in the world is the result of backchat in the ‘secret mind’ – a direct result of our separation from life as oneness and inequality and into a consciousness of polarity where there are ‘winners’ and ‘losers’, yet fascinatingly enough everyone always tries to ‘win’; therefore war and conflict is the inevitable manifested consequence of our existence and the actual friction that fuels the world system and keeps the world running.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to be a cause for war in the world, a cause for conflict of interest, through existing within self-interest through and as the conditioned mind: based in fear (inferiority) yet always trying to ‘win’ (superiority), while the solution to our plight as humanity is simple: the self-realization of life as oneness and equality, starting with equality and oneness within and as self, wherein self stand-up within self to take responsibility for all parts of self as equal and one, to stop the separation within self and stand as accountable individual that is truly ONE and equal within itself in all possible, thus standing in integrity and taking full responsibility for what one create through/as the directive principle of one’s WILL.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that no WILL is free unless it stands in integrity as LIFE;

and that currently in the world free will implies the freedom to abuse and exploit others in SELF-INTEREST, which is a direct reflection of the backchat human beings allow within the ‘secret mind’;

while FREE WILL would in fact imply the WILLingness to take responsibility for self and that exists as self and direct it in the INTEREST of LIFE.

I commit myself to walking my process of identifying, forgiving and correcting any and all backchat that I have created throughout my life based on my conditioned consciousness – to take responsibility for everything that exists within me as me and make sure that who I am within and without is always in the interest of life.

I commit myself to stopping myself from blindly following backchat whenever it comes up, and to in the moment backchat is activated: stop and breathe, and bring myself back here in the realization that I am able to breathe any energetic experience through my body and release it back to substance, into the earth, to earth myself Here making sure I stand my ground as a being that is committed to Life.

I commit myself to, when and as backchat comes up, stop myself from following the mind and allowing it to direct me, my experience and my decisions; and to instead breathe here and slow down to make sure I take self-responsibility and remain the directive principle of me in self equality and oneness.

I commit myself to walking the tools of the Desteni I Process, and sharing my realizations and process of self-support, as I see that we require support and assistance to identify, understand and work with the accepted backchat and all forms of the ‘secret mind’, to take self-responsibility and realize ourselves as accountable human beings that are no longer simply accepting ‘human nature’ as organic robots driven by fear in accepted inferiority, and not trying to cover that up through delusions of ‘superiority’ either –

but assisting and supporting ourselves to get to that point of self equality and oneness where one stand within and as integrity and has thus the will and the power to direct all of self as one and equal; stopping the separation of self, stopping the abdication of self and self’s creation, and living the realization that responsibility is power and that true power is within and as equality and oneness as life.

Day 121: Praying for the Right Thing – Self Commitment Statements

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that PRAYER is a construct existing within self-interest, wherein one that prays will pray for what THEY think is ‘good’ or ‘better’ or ‘fair’ or ‘just’.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that MAN is able to establish a BEST FOR ALL condition on this one planet we share – and that prayer is but a way to deny responsibility and make self unable to stand-up for life as life.

I commit myself to showing that the application of prayer implies a ‘higher force’ that is somehow miraculously able to do things and manifest things and bring forth change; and within that beLIEf the individual is abdicating all self-responsibility to a self-created invisible entity in the MIND – the total separation of self from self.

I commit myself to showing that the construct of Prayer, does NOT exist without the mind, just like the invisible entity as ‘god’ or ‘higher power’ or ‘higher force’ that we make up in our MIND to believe in.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that: since Prayer and any form of ‘higher force’ is a creation of the mind, it will be designed specifically to satisfy the ideas, concepts and beliefs of the particular mind that creates it – and that therefore any concept of ‘god’ or ‘prayer’ is based in self-interest.

I commit myself to showing that through prayer and the belief in a ‘higher force’: man is defining self as INFERIOR and thus IN-FEAR – and thus man will justify why ‘praying’ to a ‘superior’ ’god’ is ‘logical’, yet man will not stand-up and take self-responsibility for who one is and how one coexists in this reality - and his ‘logic’ will not include ALL life; man will not acknowledge self as the origin of the consequence one is facing and humanity is facing and will not stand accountable.

I commit myself to exposing the common sense that, because in man’s belief there is ‘god’ or some ‘higher power’ onto which/whom man abdicates responsibility: man remains a SLAVE to one’s own MIND, trapped in self-dishonesty, self-deception, and accepted inferiority, sitting around waiting and HOPING, yet doing nothing to in fact change and stand accountable for who one is in every moment of breath.

I commit myself to showing that wishful thinking and hopeful thoughts in the MIND are just like prayer: a construct through which self projects the responsibility and directive-power outside of self into some future or circumstances or other people or gods and goddesses, instead of standing up and directing oneself in self-honesty and common sense.

I commit myself to investigating all thoughts of hopes and wishes that come up in the mind as well as all internal conversations where I chat in my mind about how things could and should be:

to recognize the ‘hope’ and ‘wish’ I am projecting outside of myself, away from myself, while placing myself deliberately into a position of ‘inferiority’ and ‘victimhood’ and to acknowledge my involvement in manifesting the consequences I am faced with as my life, the situations in my everyday living, my reactions, my interactions etc. –

to stand-up within myself and take responsibility for everything I live and experience, and so stop all projections, earthing myself Here.

I commit myself to investigating and directing all points where I exist in self-interest based on only MY bubble of perceptual reality.

I commit myself to investigating and directing all points where I abdicate my power and responsibility through projections and separation –

so that I may self-realize the oneness and equality of life within and as who I am, as an equal of life.

I commit myself to showing how we abdicate our power and directive principle to FEAR, which is in essence the MIND, which is in essence self-interest, which is in essence how we have separated ourselves from life as who we really are, separated ourselves from our self-directive will as life, from each-other and everything that is Here.

I commit myself to showing that WAR is the result of all kinds of different INTERESTS existing in separation and conflict;

in Spite of the obvious common sense that as Earthlings on planet Earth we should have one basic common interest: Life.

I commit myself to showing how the MIND as EGO as FEAR as SELF-INTEREST exists always in self-righteousness and superimposed / projected superiority –

and that we use this self-righteousness which is fear to impose an apparent ‘superiority’, to ‘win’, to be ‘better’, to be ‘right’, to ‘feel more’- as if that would somehow enhance our value as Living Beings.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that the only actual, true value is LIFE –

and that it’s time we ALL would acknowledge and self-realize life as the only true value in the actuality of reality, so that we may bring forth a new reality for our existence, where we acknowledge that we can co-exist in mutual support as Life, based on the realization of oneness and equality as LIFE, instead of separation and inequality as polarity systems of consciousness that exist for profit, in one way or another.

I commit myself to showing how an equal money system will assist and support humanity in self-realizing the value of life as oneness and equality and letting go of the fear and mind control that we hide behind.

Day 120: Praying for the Right Thing?

This is self-forgiveness walked and shared not only for those who believe in some god and pray to god, or those that pray to some higher power in the context of spirituality – but also for anyone formulating wishes and hopes within the mind, waiting for the right thing, the right moment, the better chance, etc.

I would see that I am projecting the ‘hope’ and ‘wish’ outside of myself, away from myself, while placing myself deliberately into a position of ‘inferiority’ and ‘victimhood’, as if things just ‘happen’ TO me –

refusing to acknowledge my involvement in manifesting the consequences I am faced with as my life, the situations in my everyday living, my reactions, my interactions etc.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to abdicate myself, to abdicate my power and directive principle to FEAR, which is in essence the MIND, which is in essence self-interest, which is in essence how we have separated ourselves from life as who we really are, separated ourselves from our self-directive will as life, from each-other and everything that is Here –

making it all about “ME” in separation, in Spite of the obvious interconnectedness and interdependence of life on this One planet we share.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that WAR is the result of all kinds of different INTERESTS existing in separation and conflict;

in Spite of the obvious common sense that as Earthlings on planet Earth we should have one basic common interest: Life.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the MIND as EGO as FEAR as SELF-INTEREST exists always in self-righteousness and superimposed / projected superiority –

and that we use this self-righteousness which is fear to impose an apparent ‘superiority’, to ‘win’, to be ‘better’, be ‘right’- as if that would somehow enhance our value as living beings.

and that if we ALL would acknowledge and self-realize life as the only true value in the actuality of reality: we would have an entirely different world/existence – we would live and coexist based on an entirely different starting-point:

the starting-point of oneness and equality as LIFE, instead of separation and inequality as polarity systems of consciousness that exist for profit, in one way or another.

Day 85: Deconstructing Characters – The Victim

What is interesting within the process of getting to an understanding about how we exist merely as characters/personalities, emerging in our formative years from a point of accepted inferiority towards the world wherein we separate ourselves from ourselves as life and align ourselves to the world consciousness as a coping-mechanism to survive in this world system;

Whereby we from that point of accepted yet suppressed and denied ‘inferiority’ attempt to ‘equalize’ ourselves by jumping to the opposite polarity and creating personalities/characters that are seemingly ‘superior’ so that we can at least get a sense of control, a feeling of justice –

When obviously that ‘control’ only exists within compromise and limitation, and justice… how can justice ever exist within a system of separation and polarity…

What is interesting however, is that there exists such thing as the attempt to derive that sense of ‘power’ and ‘justice’ through creating and accessing the character/personality of ‘the victim’.

The victim will always blame others for its experience/existence, and will underline and emphasize its ‘victimization’ in order to get attention, which is in essence energy, and thus within that feed its self-definition as mind consciousness.

The victim will indulge in self-pity and will present itself as a victim in an attempt to find others who will ‘agree’ and ‘validate’ the victim’s point of view – usually it’s gonna be characters/ personalities that see themselves as ‘benevolent’ and ‘understanding’ that will tend to pity the victim and ‘agree’ to ‘validate’ the victim’s position.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that there is no actual benevolence within that, because ‘validating’ the self-pity and self-victimization of a personality traps it only further in its construct of ‘victimhood’;

and that actual benevolence would be to in fact point out that ‘the victim’ is abdicating its responsibility through projections of blame and thus abdicates its power by making others responsible –

and that that is in fact not only deception and abuse, but in essence self-deception and self-abuse.

I forgive myself that I’ve ever accepted and allowed myself to feel ‘victimized’, not realizing that I was in those moments abdicating my power and responsibility, choosing to be a ‘victim’ because then I can blame others and indulge in self-pity instead of finding practical ways to stand in self-dignity and direct myself and the situation in self-honesty and common sense.

I forgive myself that I’ve ever accepted and allowed myself to pity another that is presenting themselves as a victim, thinking and believing I am doing another a favor or I am being a ‘good person’, instead of realizing that I was within that only perpetuating the ‘victim’s’ self-dishonesty.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that personalities/characters of mind consciousness in this world ‘help’ each-other in self-dishonesty, self-deception, self-abuse – and that this is the main ‘service’ offered by friends and also family, which is a service to the mind, instead of standing up in self-honesty and doing a service to LIFE:

equally assisting and supporting another to realize their self-dishonesty, self-abdication and self-abuse, to acknowledge the consequences such self-separation is manifesting and the harm done unto their world as well.

I commit myself to showing the common sense that even the ‘victim’ or the ‘inferior’ is in fact an equally evil part of the power-game of polarity that we accept and allow ourselves to play both within, in the mind, and without, in the world;

and that as long as we separate ourselves from our physical equality and oneness into the mental as a consciousness of power-games: we cannot be equal to and one with life, as we are in fact abdicating our right to life by placing more value in ‘winning’ the game we set our mind on, whether it’s about ‘winning’ as ‘the victim’ or ‘winning’ as ‘the victor’- it’s all about the EGO.

I commit myself to stopping myself every time I find myself going into a feeling of being ‘victimized’- and to align myself in self-dignity to take responsibility for myself and the experience of myself, so that I may direct myself and the situation in self-honesty and common sense.

I commit myself to stopping myself every time I find myself going into pitying another or wanting to show ‘understanding’ when another is presenting themselves as a ‘victim’- and to instead stand in the shows of that person and share how I would bring the point back to self and take self-responsibility to no longer abuse my world through projections of blame, to no longer abuse myself through indulging in self-pity and thus self-dishonesty.

I commit myself to showing how all personalities/characters of this world in fact ‘work together’ through silent agreements of consciousness to perpetuate and keep in place the current world consciousness system that manifests the world as we know it:

where we exist in separation from life, from ourselves, from each-other, only communicating from that starting-point of separation which results into power-games, blame, revenge and all the nasty stuff humanity is capable of.

Within this I commit myself to sharing the common sense that characters/personalities as what we exist through as mind consciousness systems: serve only the mind and thus separation, and not life as oneness and equality.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that if we really want to restore LIFE on earth for all living things including ourselves: we have to realize that we cannot afford to continue existing as characters/personalities as EGO, and that we will have to identify and remove all such constructs from ourselves and our world, so that we may get to self-honesty and actual communication about what REALLY MATTERS, giving Life the value of Life so that all matter is honored and respected equally and we no longer allow mental constructs and power-games to direct our existence into such atrocity as what we currently witness in our world.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that to do so, we’ll have to stop our addiction to energy – the energy we get from attention, validation, righteousness, attainment, winning, being ‘something’, being ‘someone’ etc. – and we’ll have to find it within us to actually CARE for LIFE instead of caring for our self-interest, to actually LOVE LIFE instead of loving that which gives us what we call ‘power’, ‘satisfaction’, ‘validation’, a sense of ‘value’;

WE have to give the value of LIFE to ourselves for real, and in fact give it to everyoneelse equally:

This is the only way to ‘prove’ that we are worthy of life, the only way to stand equal to and one with life, and stop all polarity value-judgments and mental games – they have never ever served LIFE.

It is time to do ourselves a real service and walk ourselves out of the Ego and into LIFE as oneness and equality.
